IS IT REQUIRED TO USE THE MOBILE APP TO OPERATE CUBE?

Although it is highly recommended to use the Cube mobile app, Cube is fully operable without the app. Pressing the dial on the back side of your Cube will turn it on and off. Rotating the dial will adjust the temperature in 5 deg increments. 

IS THERE A CUBE ANDROID APP?

The Cube Android app is currently in development and will be available shortly.

DO YOU SHIP WORLD-WIDE?

Yes.

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY?

Every Cube is covered by a 2-year warranty on both the controller and the coil. If there is ever a problem, simply contact us and will get it sorted out.

DO ANY OTHER HEATING COILS WORK WITH CUBE?

No, Cube uses a proprietary connection to assure the highest quality and experience.

    DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

    If you're not happy with your Cube for any reason we're happy to take it back. Refunds will only be given for Cubes that have not been used within 15 days of purchase. 

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Order cancellations can occur within 24 hours of purchase only if the product has not shipped.  If the product has shipped the customer can return the product for a full refund.

    HOW ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?

    Shipping is standard USPS Priority Mail, tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.  For larger orders, UPS may be used.  An adult signature is required upon delivery to prevent theft.
